Start to finish A++
Nik is a young professional who performed my condo inspection. He is friendly, knowledgable and efficient in his work. Nik thoroughly examined the condominium and went over the areas with me after his initial assessment. The entire process went very smoothly and I received the finished report the same day. Communication A++. Very diligent and trustworthy, thank you!
Brian helped our family out with a property we were in the process of buying. I called initially on the weekend and he promptly picked up and listened to the issues we were concerned about as well as explaining what the inspection entailed. The escrow process was a bit rocky for us because we did not receive significant disclosures until a few days right before closing. We scheduled an appt. initially, then cancelled it because my parents were hesitating, and then re-scheduled it. (There is a $75 fee for cancellations within 24hrs. but this is stated clearly in the contract we initially signed.)
Brian dealt with our ups-and-downs, came out to the property, and completed the inspection within 24 hrs. I called him to get his verbal opinion and he was very god about explaining the report. I also appreciated that he shared the report with us - the clients - first rather than sending it to the real estate agents involved. (Some agents try to sway you on things before you see the full report).

Frequently Asked Home Inspection Questions
Can I do my own home inspection?
Even the most experienced homeowner lacks the knowledge and training of a certified home inspector. Our inspectors are familiar with code requirements, the proper installation of appliances and fixtures and above all potential safety issues. Are you going to crawl under the house? Do you know what to look for while you are under there? Prepared to climb into the attic? Let us do the dirty work and do it right.
Above all, most buyers find it difficult to remain completely objective and unemotional about the house they really want, and this may have an effect on their judgment. For an impartial review of your home hiring us for a non-bias opinion is in your best interest.
Is a home inspection required?
Simply put, No. If anyone tells you differently they are lying. Currently there are no regulations requiring home buyers to get a home inspection. Even if you are getting a FHA or VA loan you are not required to have an inspection.
